Late Sportster Style Gas Tank for 04/06- Wild Card

No expense was spared in the construction and finish quality of these gas tanks.  All visible welds (when mounted on bike) have been finished and polished to give a nice smooth seamless appearance and then phosphate etched to help prevent corrosion and to give a good surface for primers to adhere.  Replaces HD62213-05.

SPORTSTER STYLE BOBBER GAS TANKS FOR CUSTOM USE - V-Factor

Raw Steel.
Scalloped sides provide a unique "old school" look.
Mounting brackets can be cut and welded to the frame for exact tank placement.
Tunnel measures 2 1/4" wide, 15" long and is 4" deep at the front.

Rolled Edge Gas Tank for Sportsters

Late style rolled edge peanut gas tank comes with mounting hardware and rubber grommets. Can be used for repairs or updating earlier Sportser models. Tunnel length approx. 19-3/4". Tank has a capacity of 3.4 gallons. Does not fit 1200S.

Custom Sportster Gas Tank with Universal mounting - 2.4 gallons

These gas tanks are made from heavy gauge steel and feature two sizes of petcock connecting thread to take early style petcocks with 3/8" NPT or 1/2" NPT custom petcocks. Gas tanks have a universal mount and have a capacity of approx. 2.4 gallons. Approx. tunnel length 15-1/4". Does not fit 1200S.

Extra Large Custom Sportster Gas Tank with Universal mounting - 3.1 gallons, come with caps.

These gas tanks are a bigger version of our custom Sportster gas tanks. They are also made from heavy gauge steel and feature two sizes of petcock connecting thread to take early style petcocks with 3/8" NPT or 1/2" NPT custom petcocks. Gas tanks have a universal mount and have a larger capacity of approx. 3.1 gallons. Does not fit 1200S.

These extra large gas tanks will give you extra time in the saddle between fill ups. They are approximately 4" higher and 2" wider than the OE tank.
3.1 Gallon tank. Use vented bayonet style gas cap (not included). Has a right side 3/8" NPT fuel valve outlet. Solid mounts to frame. (1954/1978). Does not fit 1200S.

Quick Bob Rubber Mount Gas Tank for 1982 to 1994 Sportster Models
